Objectives of management:-

Every business organisation has some kind of objectives and management  help in achieving those objectives effectively and efficiently. Some common kinds of objectives are:-

1. Organisational objectives - All business organisation has some basic objectives which they want to achieve.It includes economic objectives of a business.Like.

  • Survival:     First and the most most important objective of organisation is to get survive in the market. Survival  means to earn enough revenues to cover costs
 " Survival= No profit no loss "

  •     Profit- After earning enough to cover cost the next important objective of business is to start earning. Extra earning extra is important for the success of business

  •   Growth- After earning huge profits the next important objective of a business is to grow and expand.
2.  Social Objectives:-  As a business needs to perform some social responsibilities for the well being of society so, the next objective of management is to provide some benefit to the society.
                           So, through management one can fulfill its social obligation by using environmental friendly methods of production .

3.  Personal objectives:- As an organisation is the collection of different individuals with different needs. Each individual has his own personal objectives wich they want to achieve. Management help in co-ordinating the personal and organisational objective so that no conflict arises between personal and organisational objectives.
